Yichien Su

Yichien Su MS CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with extensive expertise in neurogenic feeding, swallowing, and communication disorders. Yichien believes in facilitating intrinsic neural circuits for development and growth, leading to optimized cognitive functions. Yichien is the author for Jiguar Developmental Milestone Questionnaire for children from newborn to 5 years old. Yichien has also helped to form the example videos for zero to six months in the Jiguar app for parents with help of Dr.Elizabeth Harvey, PT and Dr. Masgutova, MNRI.

Yichien earned her bachelor degree in Immunology and master degree in Speech-language Pathology and Therapy from University College London, UK. In her early clinical years, she worked in acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics and Early Intervention. She has exclusively treated children in private practice since 2009. Yichien is currently pursuing her PhD study at Seton Hall University, New Jersey. Her research interest is the relationship of primary reflexes and oral functions in feeding, speech, and cognition. Yichien’s primary passion is the pediatric population and is the founder of Sammy's Friends Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting children and their families as a unit.

Julie Vincent

Julie Vincent is currently the owner and Director of TIBS For Kids in New Jersey which is a multidisciplinary clinic providing OT, Speech Therapy, and ABA services to children from birth to 21 years of age.

Julie Vincent graduated with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2016. She has since worked with the pediatric population in a variety of settings including schools, hospital, outpatient clinics, and early intervention. Julie recently completed her certification to become a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist which has helped her further develop her clinical skills and provide the highest level of care to her clients and their families. Julie worked with Jiguar to develop a library of activities that promote the development of skills for children as they grow and provides education and information for parents so they are equipped to enhance their child’s development and advocate for them when necessary.

Elizabeth Harvey

Dr. Elizabeth G. Harvey holds credentials as a DPT, MSR, DHS, and is recognized as a board-certified Pediatric Specialist. Dr. Harvey is a mother of three who has dedicated her life to helping families. She has been a pediatric physical therapist for over 23 years and is passionate about early detection and intervention. This shared vision led to collaboration with Yichen Su, SLP, to assist with video production, blogs, and gross motor activities for the app. Jiguar not only empowers parents to monitor their child’s progress but also pushes them to the next level with targeted play activities.

Ashley DiMeglio M.A., BCBA

Ashley DiMeglio is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who previously worked in elementary school settings as a special education teacher supporting students with autism spectrum disorders as well as learning disabilities. Her education and training comes from Michigan State University. She has a heart for individuals with special needs and a passion for improving the lives of others by working as a collaborative team member toward their hopes and goals. Ashley has supported the Jiguar team in developing multiple tools to support parents and families of individuals as they develop, to include the DM Q (5-18 years) resources and tools. She continues to seek opportunities to better the lives of individuals through her roles.
